Sorting allows to change the ordering of records in the way you want and find the information quickly. You can sort across any of the columns and even multiple columns in ascending or descending order. Suppose you want to see the candidate with first priority of maximum experience and second with status. Order the columns first by “Experience” and then by “Status” column.
